Shipping policy

Fabric samples ship within 2-4 business days from date of order.

Printed fabric yardage, custom pillows and poufs, wallpaper, and wallpaper samples will ship approximately 2-4 weeks from the date ordered. You will be provided a tracking number once your package is on its way to you.

Sunbrella® Philomela woven fabric ships within 2-5 business days if in-stock.  If your purchased pattern happens to not be in stock we will notify you right away with the lead-time.  You can contact us before your purchase to confirm stock levels by emailing contact@philomelasweb.com.

Products from the Studio Goods shop generally ship within 2-7 business days depending on the product.
